Import handling

India can be excellent source of many products. Chemicals, sea-food, spices, textiles, furniture and many others are widely exported around the world. The main problem is that partners are far away from each other, culture differences, language, etc. Sometimes problem and cost of control or lack of trust disqualify the potentially good deal.

Thanks our presence in India we can help you handle of those problems and reduce costs. From Delhi it is much easier to perform any check up than from distant Europe or America. We can be your eyes and ears in India.

Production supervision

Each production needs to be supervised and especially in India. Sometimes execution of some parts of contract is bounded to payments. It is necessary to know if production is commenced at all, at which stage it is and also quality and conditions of production. Very often controls must be repeated.

After concluding of contract in liaison with importer and producer the timetable of inspections is prepared and we conduct them. If it is necessary to stay on site some days, we can do it. We will check all important points acc. to your information and than send you a detailed report with photographs if necessary. All information will be treated strictly confidentially.

Because of knowledge of Western markets and customers we are able identify “weak points” in production process and help to improve them.

Pre-delivery control

Mostly relates to quantitative control, control of final execution and packing. If we find anything suspicious we immediately contact importer to give him chance to stop delivery or proceed further.

Also very often payment terms with Indian partner are: payment against delivery. In such case pre-delivery control is a must, because gives the importer an idea what he is paying for.

Contact with exporter/producer and interventions

Very often customer needs to contact with supplier during the execution of contract or after. Not always it is easy. According our experience most often it was question of export documents. Sometimes it was necessary to remind the exporter to supply them, sometimes prior control was necessary.
