Conclusion of the contract does not mean that “job is done” and now it is enough to produce goods according to specification. Indian partner will expect that “his problems will become your problems”. Most problems relate to payments, documentation, customs, etc.
Sales representancy – we can be your permanent representative in Indian market, keep contact with the customers, look for new and inform you about market situation. If you will be interested we can arrange: your advertisement in press or internet, participation at the fairs, etc.
Customer care - After completion of contract we can be in touch with your customer and final users. They will feel “safer” and keen to repeat the purchase. You will get information about position of your product on the market and eventual necessary corrections.
In case when your goods will be sold in retail we will keep contact with shopkeepers and their staff. For that job knowledge of local language is necessary, because usually they do not speak English.
